Not the A word!!!!!
What a great big sister! Baylee read to Bethany during her breathing treatment
My poor baby
So today was not quite the start to Spring Break I was expecting. Bethany has been enduring a quite annoying cough for a while now and this morning I could not take it any longer. I took her to the doctor and he listened to her lungs. He said she did sound a little wheezy so he wanted to try a breathing treatment and check them again. So we did the treatment and when he checked again, the wheezr had subsided. So taking into consideration everything I told him along with what he saw today he suspects we might have a case of Asthma. My mommy gut had suspected this too but I kept hoping the cough would go away. The best piece of parenting advice I ever received was to always follow my gut and I try to live by this every day. It was right again. So anyway, we brought home a nebulizer(sp? It's late!) and Steroids and nasal spray to see what happens. We have to meet with her allergist to have him evaluate the situation too. We have to go back to see him anyway to retest her peanut allergy. It seems we definitely hae an allergy baby. She is such a trooper and even coughing and wheezing never gets her down. Always a smile on her face.

I see Spring..........
Happy St. Patrick's Day
Our girls had fun wearing green to school on St. Patrick's Day. The day before Bethany made sure to tell me that she had to wear green tomorrow or "I will get punched". It cracked me up!! We talked about how she most likely would not be punched, maybe pinched and that we could solve the problem by wearing our green shirts. She was relieved. Problem solved. :)

Baylee lost her first tooth!!!!
Baylee finally lost her first tooth this week. It has been loose and hanging sideways for a week now. It really grosses me out so luckily Shadd took over the tooth puuling task. He checked it Wednesday night and just quickly pulled it. It bled quite a bit but was over quickly. After Baylee realized it was out and the pain stopped, she was really excited. She couldn't wait for the Tooth Fairy to come. Bethany kept running around saying "this is soooo exciting!" It was really cute and a big milestone. Bethany saw how much attention Baylee was getting, we expect her to probably pull her own when it's time. :)

Our girl is growing up too fast!!!
Our girl has become a social butterfly. She had an invite for a sleepover last night. This morning she went to Derby Dinner with a friend and another friend asked her to come over tonight. Yikes!!!!! Are we already there yet? She's just getting so big!!!!!!
Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
Last Monday Baylee had to dress up as a Dr. Seuss character for school. She decided she wanted to be Thing One. We tried to throw something together. This was our finished product. We had a blue fluffy pony holder for the hair. That was the best we could do on short notice. She had lots of fun and looked too cute!!!
