I was so excited to get to meet new baby Kist last week!! Blaise is too cute and his big brother is so proud! Marcy, you and Kevin have such a beautiful family. I am so happy for you guys!!!

Rainbows have always been one of my favorite things and last week we saw one of the prettiest ones ever! It was so vivid and we could see it almost from one end to the other. Then as the sun came out it became a double rainbow for a brief moment. I don't think I had ever seen one before! It was breathtaking! I tried to get a few pictures but they will never do it justice!

My van got the royal treatment recently when my family decided to wash it. The girls love helping daddy with the lower half of the vehicles. Thanks guys!!! You're the best!

Fun visiting with cousins

We were so excited when Ken, Gerri, Melissa and Hannah came to visit recently. Melissa and Hannah traveled to Kentucky from North Carolina and then they all came to our house for the day. Unfortunately Justin was not able to come with Melissa, as he is serving our country in Afganistan. We are proud of him and he is always in our thoughts. We hope he comes home very soon!
Melissa and I are first cousins but we were both only children so we were like sisters to each other growing up. I miss being around her so these visits are so much fun. Now that we both have daughters it is great to watch the next generation play and have fun together. We look forward to the next time we all get together!!!
